Shea is an energy practitioner whose purpose is to assist a person in their journey towards the Self. Her connection with energy work blossomed when she was living at home during the 2020 pandemic completing her master’s degree in clinical psychology. Shea has always been curious about the mind and holistic approaches to mental health such as, mindfulness-based treatment interventions. As she dove into her own internal world, her interest in mindfulness evolved into consciousness.
During the 2020 pandemic, Shea’s aunt offered to attune her to Reiki. Once the attunement process began, Shea fell in love with energy and the intuitive gifts that emerged. Shea’s passion for energy work in tandem with her degrees in psychology inspired her to start her business, Crystals & Clinical.
